We serve Los Angeles and nearby surrounding neighborhoods, including:
• Santa Monica
• Playa del Rey

• West LA and nearby areas
• Boards can be ordered up to 24 hours in advance (1 PM cutoff)
• Deliveries arrive between 1 PM and 3 PM
• Each board is fully assembled and ready to serve
• Boards can be stored in the fridge for up to one day. Remove at least 20 minutes before serving so the cheese reaches room temperature.
• Booking window: 2–4 weeks in advance (earlier during busy seasons)
• Arrival is usually about 1 hour before your event
• All grazing tables follow a simple drop-and-go setup unless you select the Boho Chic option
• Disposable items (palm-leaf plates, wooden utensils, napkins) are available as a $2 per-person add-on
• Bamboo tongs are included with all grazing tables

• Full styling pieces, crates, and bowls
• Arrival 1.5–2 hours before the event
• A return for cleanup (about 30 minutes)

• Delivery is to the door only
• Boards arrive fully assembled
• No onsite styling for deliveries
Ideal for gatherings, meetings, celebrations, and last-minute hosting.
• Linens are not included
• Client-provided linens can be incorporated
• Please have your table cleared and ready before arrival
• Recommended table sizing is provided once the graze is confirmed

Vegan meat substitutes are not yet offered. We’ll add them once we find an option that meets our quality standards.

We can assist with:

• Styling that aligns with your event aesthetic
• Decor upgrades (fees may apply)
A short call is required to understand your vision.
Not available for:
• Wine or craft beverage customizations
• Board deliveries
We follow strict food-safety practices:
• Perishables are kept refrigerated until transport
• Temperature control is maintained during delivery
• Items are assembled onsite when needed
• All handling follows California food-safety guidelines
Grazing tables are best enjoyed within 2 hours of your event start time.
We regularly set up in a wide range of spaces, including:
• Offices and meeting rooms
• University and campus event spaces
• Studios and production sets
• Rooftop and outdoor workspaces
• Homes and private residences
• Event venues and banquet spaces
• Wedding venues
• Birthday, shower, and milestone-celebration spaces
We can also help coordinate details such as:
• Loading dock access
• Security or valet check-ins
• Elevator access
• Building delivery procedures
Great for groups of all kinds, from team gatherings to celebrations.
We can provide:
• Instructor-guided board-building
• All food, materials, and supplies
A proposal can be prepared upon request.
• A 50% deposit secures your date
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event
• We accept major credit cards and ACH for larger orders
• We ask for at least 7 days’ notice for rescheduling
• We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to move your event to a new date
• Weather-dependent events should have a backup plan available
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event may qualify for a partial refund
Cancellations within 7 days may be non-refundable due to ingredient prep and reserved time Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
